I need to consume a great deal of salt, or I quickly become sodium deficient
(as indicated, for example, by chronic thirst and the need to urinate
frequently). My understanding is that a rapid excretion of sodium is
associated with weak adrenals. LIke some of the others on this list, I use
unrefined (Celtic) sea salt; I paid $3.39 (Canadian) for one kilogram.

Cheers,

Subject: [P-F] salt

What do you need salt for anyway? The other day we ate
out at a resturant. I had some roastbeef. It tasted
like salt. I could not eat it. There was so muhc
salt in it I couldn't taste the meet. It seems since
going paleo I have improved taste buds so I eat my meat
plain now. I don't need salt on it.

Also, there are some salts in the so..stores that were
not processed in dextrose. ck with the n..manufacturer
if youre not sure.

Sincerely,PATRICIA
