I actually started in May of 97.  Lost 28# in 5 weeks then got slack.  Started
mixing regular food in occasionally and stopped losing.  Didn't start gaining
back until the holidays.  I've just been paleo again for a few weeks.
Unfortunately, I don't get ill when I cheat like you do.  I can see that this
would definitely be a deterrent.  I believe that you mentioned in a previous
message that B and AB blood types seem to be more tolerant.  I am B-.  Could
this have something to do with it?
