Great, Karl, I would love to live a Neander thin life out in the country. As
you become aware of your internal environment, you also become more aware of
your external environment.

Regarding fish:

Which are the most toxic, have the most mercury?

I have read that tuna has a lot of mercury in it.

 I love salmon, it is one of my favorites. Does it have a lot of mercury?
