I would like to see that also. In my own case, I am blood type A, but
am allergic to wheat, rice, corn, rye, all of which give me severe
heartburn several hours after ingestion. So, there is not much that I
can eat according to the blood type diet rules.

Severe indigestion is not normally related to allergy, but rather to an
inability to digest foods properly (as in lactose intolerance, where one
lacks the enzyme to digest milk sugar). You might want to consider the
possibility that you lack adequate stomach acid to properly digest the
grains you are mentioning (as well as the possibility to intolerance to
gluten). Type As are prone to low stomach acid, which, paradoxically, can
cause "heartburn" or "acid indigestion." Stomach acid can be increased by
adding hydrochloric acid capsules to the diet and/or by increasing the
intake of water and ensuring adequate salt intake (in spite of the no-salt
hysteria in this country). If this doesn't apply to you, please don't take
offense, it may be useful to someone else.
