Dear Erin,
I have also had friends tell me that microwaving was bad. If you think about
it, they did not have one in paleo times. I still use it, but try to use it
less, and every time I do use it, am thinking, "I should not be using this!"
If someone has more specifics on microwaves and whether they should be used
on paleo diet and why or why not, I would appreciate it,( especially would
like to know if it is bad for reheating foods rather than cooking it per se.)
I also remember talking to a woman who lived on a rancho in Mexico and she
told me in Spanish that down there, there is no refrigeration, where she
lived, and everyone ate fresh food only. She was amazed at the diet here,
and she was also amazed at how wild and disrespectful the children are here,
compared to the ranchos in Mexico. Could there be a connection?(behavior and
diet)
