Salt ain't that bad, but it ain't that good.  Remember that primative
people didn't always have access to salt mines.  But, if you use uniodized
seasalt (iodized salt has dextrose), a little won't hurt.  As you develope
a more primative taste drive, your demand for salt will lesson.  Most salt
is foisted upon us by those who with to sell non-nutritive junk food.
Once this is given up, the desire for salt lessons.  Let your tongue be
the guide.
