        The questions are these:

1. Do you want to be thin while eating 1500 (lf) calories a day or 3000
(NT) calories a day?
2. Do you want to be healthy at 100? (NT)
3. Do you want to have your gall bladder removed (lf)?
4. Is it more pleasent to be hungry (lf) or full (NT)?
5. Would you rather save money by not buying meat (lf) or not paying
medical bills (NT)?

I'm much happier on NeanderThin (NT) then a low-fat diet (lf). Of
course, NeanderThin isn't a mondo-fat diet. It's just a "don't sweat it"
diet. With the absense of dairy and vegitable oils there's not that much
fat left.
A friend theorized that 75% of a person's callories comes from
bread and other starches. If I cut out all bread and double meat, I'm
still eating less calories. I was half tempted to tell him what I eat
when left to my own devices, but I dind't want to shatter the illusion
that my body is actually a machine like an engine that can run equally
well on any fuel.
