I know, I know. Men have a tendency to iron overload and high iron levels
are a risk for heart disease and cancer. Many people have a heterozygous
gene which causes iron buildup. Like Neil Young says, "better to burn
out,than to rust." ( actually both are forms of oxidation.) If you don't
want to do antioxidants, then I suggest blood donations. With or without a
spear.
