Be careful with soy cheeses.  Even if the product does not list casein or
other milk derivatives as an ingredient, the products may be made on
equipment shared with other products that *do* contain milk derivatives.
Therefore, there could be potential cross contamination.  It would be best
to call the manufacturer especially if you are dealing with a milk allergy.
