How about some product information exchanges? I make most of my
meals from scratch, but now that school is here, it is harder. Fortunately,
my son does not react strongly to dairy, so I am able to use some
pre-packaged foods safely (non-dairy, of course..). My son can't have eggs,
MSG and more, but I would love to know what everyone uses from the store!
Examples - breads, refridge biscuits, cereal, cookies, crackers, fun
chips, cakes etc.
