Barbara -- Thanks for the tutorial. I use molasses in a few recipes like
bran muffins and home baked beans. The problem with the latter is that the
beans cause bloating which is one of the symptoms I get from from other
problematic foods. I have wondered if there is anything added to brown
sugar. I've never really checked the label because I thought it was pure
(whatever that means these days!).
