Mr. Cohen,

I will not get into the debate on scientific research that I have not read or seen published. Though I think that it has been made pretty clear in most published articles that it is critical to pay attention to the calcium intake of women, young and old.

I know that is a major concern for me with my daughter. Though citrus can be a common allergen, my daughter so far does not react to it. Luckily. The calcium fortified orange juice is concidered one of the best sources out side of the bovine family. It even as the plus of vitiam C to increase absorbtion.

Wether or not the Harvard study is JAMA published or not, it is pointless to argue . We are are participating in this to support each other in dealing with a difficult situation.

You appear to be a well read individual. I applaud you for that and appreciate the input. Though I feel I am being targeted for a debate I am ill armed for. I do not have the time these days to divest myself of all the information floating around us. I am too busy changing poopy diapers and worrying about my little one's future. I wish I did.

But I fear that my attention is centered on far more immediate concerns- Any one got a diary free reciepe for the good ole bread machine that they wouldn't mind sharing in time for my humble Thanksgiving feast? My little angel loves bread and I am having a difficult time finding rolls for the dinner. Any other bread machine no-milk reciepes would be very welcome. Any one know of a good substitute for dry milk in the bread machine? If so I think I could modify some of her favorites.

Kay
