The edition of The Farm cookbook I have is as follows:
"The Farm Vegetarian Cookbook" Revised Edition, Edited by Louise Hagler,
1978, The Book Publishing Company, Summertown, TN, ISBN 0-913990-18-3
As stated in the book, "These recipes were developed at the Farm, an
intentional community located in Tennessee" (that's USA).
