Hi,
I read many of the letters from various people and I can't believe that with
all the problems related to drinking milk some of you still want to find
ways to drink it. Humans are the only "animal" on the face of the earth
that drink milk from another animal. I know, some of you are saying that
cats drink cows milk, but if their "friends" the humans, didn't feed it to
them they wouldn't drink it, now would they? If you want to find out what
happens to cats that drink milk exclusively, read a book called Dr
Pottingers Cats. Then decide for yourselves whether you want to drink milk
or not. But I digress, humans are the only mammals on the face of the earth
who drink milk after the age of weaning. They are also the only ones who
drink milk from another animal. The animal world apparently is the only
ones who instinctly know the only milk for them is their mothers milk.
In the third world countries, the problems they had were bad enough, but at
least they didn't have heart problems until good old Uncle Sam, in his
benevolent way, shipped our wurplus milk to help them out. Now they also
have heart problems in addition to all their ather problems. Why do doctors
tell people that have heart attacks to get off all dairy products? Some MDs
say, it it is because it conflicts with the heart medicine. Ask the
pharmicist, he will tell you it doesn't. I used to have bad allergies
untill I stopped drinking milk and other dairy products. Now, I don't need
Seldane, nebulizers, or anything else to control my asthma. Nor do my
sinuses bother me anymore. My sister did not have asthma when we were
children, she does now. According to the AMA, there is no connection, but
she has always drank milk and eaten milk products and still does. Of
course who am I to give her any advice? Everyone I know that has stopped
all dairy products have had a marked improvement on sinus problems, asthma
if they had it, and other breathing problems.
On top of everything else I have found with drinking milk is all the
chemicals they feed the cows, and of course it winds up in the milk. Are
they good for you, these chemicals have been banned in all of Europe, why
not here?
So, for me, and a good share of the people I know, that have quit drinking
milk products our health has greatly improved and we feel much better
because of it. I think all of you should quit trying to find ways to drink
a product that was not meant for humans to drink, start getting healthier
and feel better. Do some research and find out that you don't need milk to
survive. I haven't had milk for almost 15 years. As healthy as I am I know
we are like animals. They don't drink milk, where do they get their calcium
from? From the plants they eat. We don't need milk to live a healthy life.
The best to all of you.
