From reading on the MSG websites it appears that dairy may
contain MSG without mention it being specifically labeled
(that it may be present in sodium caseinate, for example,
and only the sodium caseinate would appear on the label).
MSG itself in pure form should not contain any dairy
product - it's plant-derived.  If your research differs,
please let me know!
