Well guess what?  I got a PHONE CALL from Hersheys!  I did everything I could
to let her know just how many people in the United States and BEYOND have milk
allergies and lactose intolerance, and how many of us LOVE their Special Dark
Chocolate bar.  I assume they are going ahead, but if the sales are not as
good, she said that they will probably go back due to all of our emails etc.
Cross your fingers that it fails, heh heh.  Do I see a "special dark CLASSIC"
like Coke?  LOL
