Even with Chinese food or sushi, you have to watch out and can get
screwed.  Some Chinese places will have some foods that include dairy, and
some sushi bars use cream cheese in some rolls, which can lead to cross
contamination.

Generally, these places are as safe a bet as you'll find eating out with
the exception of kosher meat resturants (of which there are none around
where I live).
