I called Hershey's today and answered their little survey on why I will no
longer buy the reformulated Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate - told them
that marketing needed to consider the number of people they'd be losing as
customers - did they really think this change would add as many new
customers as they'd lose?

They're going to send me some Hershey's coupons good on any Hershey's
product.  Whoopee - when most of their stuff already has milk in it.  I
guess I can give them to somebody.
