We don't use dairy products in our family as we have found that all of
our ear infections and sinus infections and asthmatic coughs were due to
eating dairy.  Its been over four years and we still get sick but not
sometimes but not nearly as much. I just don't think that cow milk is
very healthy for alot of people.
