*sigh*

I just tried a new Spaghetti sauce recipe. It called for Tomato Paste,
various other things, and Italian sausage. Unfortunately, I got the Sausage
at the Kroger meat counter, so it didn't come with an ingredients list of
any sort. And I didn't think to question the Tomato Sauce.

That was a couple days ago. I'm finally getting close to normal again.

My reaction was bad enough that I [now] suspect the Tomato Paste and the
Italian Sausage -- based on what folks here have said.

I've learned my lesson.

Thanks for the informative discussion. If only it had come a few days
sooner. :-(
