We are big users of Dari-Free in my house also. My son is allergic to milk,
eggs, and soy, and he loves the taste of Dari-Free. I cook with it all the
time with good results. I've even made "ice-cream" out of it for him. It's
cheaper
than buying soy milk if you buy it in bulk, and ordering it has always been
easy.  I also don't get any kind of gain for saying this. I just like the
product alot!
