A lot of people have problems with nuts and I think it is due to not chewing
them adequately. This takes a conscious effort. When I don't chew them
really thoroughly they give me digestive problems. Two suggestions: try them
ground up well in a food processor, or chew them really well while paying
attention. I find this makes the problem go away and I can eat nuts. I eat a
lot of nuts and nut butter and have no problems now.
Why not eat grass fed beef or free range chicken or fish?
