They say veggies are toxic because they cannot run away from their
predators, so they protect themselves this way. Creating toxins has a
cost, so otherwise there should be no reason for it.
Most fruits are intended to be eaten so they are not toxic. And tubers
that are hard to get at, can perhaps also be non toxic.

Maybee instinct works more on molecular level than whole food level.
Personally I do not seem to have any stop at all, not until the stomach
is geometrically _filled_ (four corners and a tip) and hardly even then.
But I can feel in advance what kind of food I'd like to eat.
I guess it is a good thing to start life in a good way, and easier to
stick to ones nature. Too late for me :-(
