Is there a test that can be performed to determine whether one is allergic
or intolerant to various foods?
I've heard that prick tests and the ELISA test are so inaccurate they are
really little better than a guess. And the last thing you want is to rely
on a test result that results in you eating bad foods and avoiding good
ones!
