Am I right to assume that you would consider a Zone version of a paleo
diet [40% carbs, 30/30 fat and protien] to have too many carbs?
Are you sugesting that staying in ketosis is better for health in the
long run. Myself, I would be inclined to think eating enough carbs to
keep yourself out of ketosis but not much more would be best. As I
understand it, being in ketosis means you need much more calories to
maintain weight, which offends my Walfordian Calory restriction tendicies.
As someone who just bought your book, did I miss out on much not waiting
for the 4th edition? Is there anyway to get an update, I am kinda loath
to spend another 23 Canadian Tissue paper to get the new information.
Assumeing that the additional chapters and changes don't add too much to
the book.
