It goes without saying that our ancient ancestors weren't popping
vitamins, and I take at face value the proposition that a paleo diet
provides sufficient nutrients so that supplementation isn't needed.
That said, isn't it possible to improve on nature?  Couldn't modest
vitamin and mineral supplementation give us a diet *healthier* than that
which would be found in nature?
