Thanks...I've read Sugar Blues but not the other. I find my junk food
addiction stems from the vicious cycle of eating the stuff, then
craving more, then eating it and craving more....ad infinitum....When
I stick to a low carb diet, I don't have the cravings at all, which
definitely tells me something. But in my mind I remember just how good
that chocolate (or chip, or cake, or cookie) felt and tasted in my
mouth, and I sometimes give in. It's the memories that do me...but the
cravings definitely arent't there.
