Dear Susan,

I'm about to get my two older kids tested for gluten sensitivity. I strongly
suspect at least one of them is sensitive to gluten. So at the very least,
we will be going gluten free in this household, I can't manage 3 or 4 diets
at once.(Can anyone?)

What about the merits of a g/f diet, paleo guys and gals?

I would like to switch my whole family to kind of a 'compromise' where we
are all on a g/f and c/f diet but can still have rice products.
