   Whatever works.  How much more paleo could you get than climbing
trees?  Sounds wonderful to me.  Believe it or not I have found that the
"Butt Master" is an excellent all around work out device and I use it a
few minutes everyday.  You can work upper body with it too.  It is hard
enough to be challenging, very inexpensive and easy to store.  I know, I
don't why I am telling you this, I just kind of discovered this recently
and thought I might pass it on.
