From what I can gather, acidophilus, is associated with milk consumption. No
milk, no acidophilus. Clarence W. Lieb M.D., the Effects on Human Beings of a
Twelve Months' Exclusive Meat Diet, states, "the acidophilus, enterococcus and
streptococcus types were practically eliminated." I have allways been a big
fan of Stefansson and Anderson.
