Hi Karen,
I know this sounds rather trite, but going "paleo" is less of a diet and
more a way of life. If you change your lifestyle, because it makes
sense-not because you just want to lose weight-the benefits just happen.
Losing weight is just one benefit. For now, get the book and look into
this lists archives. That'll keep you quite busy.
