I bought some coconut at Whole Foods today. However, they told me it was for
your skin, I found it in the skin care section.
They did not carry any to eat as they said it is a "bad' fat (saturated)
can we use the skin care kind for cooking???

BTW, I am noticing that paleo eventually requires a freezer, to store
everything we have if not hunted, at least gathered.
