If you like the taste, sure.  There is plenty of reason to pay extra money for
organic meats of any kind as opposed to commercial meats, so if your'e buffalo
is organic, which it probably is, then that's the advantage.  There is also
the point that as moderns we get our nutrition from far fewer species than our
nacestors did, so there is probably an advantage to broaden your horizons.
