The studies of rats on high-meat diets are all possitive, BTW. The thing
about high fat diets is:

a.) High fat, low calorie diets are being studied.

b.) The fat in the high fat diet is from "forbidden fruits," especially
cheases and vegitable oils.

c.) The person is consuming a high-fat diet rich in refined white flower and
fructose corn syrup. (Whole grains and honey will still mess ya up, far as
I can tell).

d.) The person is comsuming American meat - which has the worse
omega3/omega6 ratio of any meat. (No, I do not eat free-range. I'm on a
budget).
