You might look into some naturopathic concepts. Greens are the only
healing, rejuvenating foods I know of. I don't know about pemmican.
Fruits are considered cleansing foods, but not building foods.
One thing I am wondering about with high fat diets is whether it will
cause a reduction in the body's oxygen. When I eat higher amounts of
fats than normal I end up having to do deep breathing. Mary J.
