as are peppers and eggplant!!

i have been avoiding them but tried a small amount today.

it feels as if i'm willing to stick with this way of eating because
i'm feeling so much better...and am deathly afraid (ain't that the truth!)
of going back to the way i felt just last week at this time!
gee, has it only been a week?? amazing....
