Thanks Denise. However, I believe maple syrup does the same thing to me. I
use it on my pancakes and get an LI-like reaction. At least it isn't dairy
which gives me LI and allergy symptoms. It would appear that I have a
processing problem with certain types of sugar. Nevertheless, it is a very
interesting suggestion. I may try it.
