I used to feel overly burdened by my daughter's milk allergy ... until we
discovered that she was allergic to wheat as well. Oh ,how I long for the
simple days when milk was all we had to avoid. Wheat avoidance is a whole
new ballgame. Nonetheless, in this time of Thanksgiving, she is an
incredible daily blessing and we all needed to re-look at our eating
habits.
