This pie was a huge hit in our house last year. I believe it is from the FAN Newsletter. Kathy
Lundquist sent it to us last year!
PUMPKIN PIE
M,E,W,P,S,N
2 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cups water
6 1/2 T cornstarch (or other starch product if you cannot handle corn)
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground cloves
1/2 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat
until mixture begins to hicken, stir constantly. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minute, or until
firm.
