You may want to upgrade to an HEPA mask. I lot of dust can get around the
edges of the simple, surgical-style 3M masks - their primary purpose is not
to filter dust, but to minimize the spread of germs.

There may be more allergens *in* your pillow and mattress than you put *on*
them. Consider sealing them in high-quality, dust-proff enclosures.
