Pork and shellfish. But beware, you could get a kosher dairy meal
with lots of milk and no meat, especially at breakfast, or even lunch!
Usually dinner will be a meat meal, so you'd be safe (no milk). Many
airlines have a "strict vegetarian" option which is vegan: no animals,
no eggs, no dairy products, which would be your safest bet if they have
it. Or you could try specifying a kosher meat meal. OR best of all
just bring your own food!
