My dad lives about 1 mile from Simon Kohn's.  That's been there over 15 years
  Both Dierberg's and Schnucks are regulary grocery stores
so they would probably be less helpful.  Simon's also has a place to eat
inside the store with tables.

I think there may be a few more Kosher stores in St. Louis so you might
want to try a phone book if one of the ones listed isn't going to be
close to where you'll be.  I'm pretty sure all of these are in the
county.
