My kids can't have dairy, eggs, dyes, sulfites/phosphates, and my oldest can't
have oranges and apples. (Haven't given my youngest those) I am off all of
these since I am nursing. I don't eat peanuts alot, since my youngest seemed
unhappy when I had a PB sandwich when he was an infant. As far as the almonds
and cashews, I have not avoided them, but certainly have not had them in
"bulk" as I would drinking the almond milk. Are almonds and cashews related
to peanuts? Would someone with allergies like my children's be prone to
almond/cashew problems?

Katherine
