In my experience, all the soy milks get kind of skunky after about a
week.  I don't know when they actually go BAD, as in "could make
you sick", but they sure don't taste as good after several days.  The
flavor gets more and more strong as the week goes on.  The small
package and freezing suggestions are definitely worth trying.
