Friends, we bought a pumpkin pie, an apple pie and buttermilk biscuits
from the Wellspring Grocery in Chapel Hill, NC, as Connie so graciously
informed us they would be making GF treats for the US Thanksgiving
holiday.

WOW!! They were outstanding! Everyone had some (and only Ben is GF, but
even he can't eat two pies by himself!) and I have to say they tasted
EXACTLY like wheat-based pies. They were expensive but definitely worth
the treat. I think I will be ordering some things for Christmas, too!

I heartily recommend any other GF eaters in the central Carolina area to
give them a try, and encourage the GF baking.
