Please reply to the list. I likewise made bread that called for potato
starch but I used potato flour. The density was greater than a rock and
dropped from an overpass would kill people. The taste was good. Where
can I find potato starch? I'd like to try the recipe again. Maybe it
is my bread machine, even though the two people who posted it to this
list said bread machine or oven baking turned out a loaf almost as light
as white wheat flour. I think that this must be a hoax and that I will
have to settle for hard crumbly bread the rest of my life or just go
without. Needless to say after my husband and son stopped laughing they
suggested I sign up for the bread class at the national convention,
which I have. Any suggestions?
