My apologies to -- Al Gilman and anyone else on this list who was offended
by my statement that blind people were normal and make mistakes.

Al, if you wish to discuss why blind people should not have to meet the
same requirements as sighted people when submitting grant proposals, you
may wish to follow your own suggestion and take it to the Blind Issues
list.
