Hi people!!  Many thanks to all of you who sent ideas (and best wishes) for
birthday cake!!  Mary is drooling, ready to taste test!!  (Or is that
teething? hehe) I think I will try some recipes, (must find lentils!)  If
they don't work, I'll order a few.  I'll let you all know how they turn out.

Frosting suggestions:
>I take the Hershey's cocoa, powdered sugar (be sure it's GF) and a few
drops of warm water.  Mix until creamy and blended.

One person also wisely suggested double checking that the Duncan Hines was
GF, we all know stuff changes!!

        [Notes:  I baked this, after the puddle cake didn't turn out as expected,
and it is a keeper!!  The cake is moist, although not as flavorful as
"wheat" cake, it was very impressive when frosted.  Mary had some with
DHines frosting and loved it!  We may have a winner, but I will keep
looking around, to be sure!]

I also received a nice note from Sylvie at DE-RO-MA , with an attached
catalog of their GF items!

Attached are several recipes, which sound yummy!  2 I've already tried, my
