Visually Impaired Pittsburgh Area Computer Enthusiasts invites librarians,
those involved with the Three Rivers Freenet and the public to the Friday
November 21 meeting to learn about the latest technology used by the blind
which enables blind people to read computer screens.

       Visually Impaired Pittsburgh Area Computer Enthusiasts invites the
       public to the Friday November 21st meeting from 6:00 to 8:00 P.m
       when

       demo the
    3. [3]Braille Window Refreshable Display (a device used by the blind
       to access computer screens) and the
    4. [4]Omni 1000 Full-function reading system for the blind.
       Mr. Smith will discuss other Humanware
    5. [5]products which are available.
       The Friday November 21 1997 VIPACE meeting will be held in room
       609 of the, University of Pittsburgh William Pitt Student Union,
       3959 Fifth Avenue in Oakland.
