Speaking of dehydration, has anyone tried making egg protein powder by
dehydrating egg whites? I have a hard time finding a high quality egg
or beef protein without anything added (and properly made). Thought I could
just make my own, but not sure if it's safe to 'dry-up' egg whites, or
even feasible, for that matter. Any info would be appreciated.
